State duty for private working permission for foreigners working in Azerbaijan to be increased, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labor and Social protection informed APA. The ministry stated that proposal regarding this issue is being prepared at present. The Ministry will propose the government to increase state duty, AZN 45 several times. Aim of increasing the duty is to prevent flow of useless working force to Azerbaijani labor market.
To note that, private working permission is given for a year and it may prolonged 4 times. 4000 foreigners legally work in Azerbaijan at present. 73% of them work in non-oil sector.
