In comformity with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Amendments and additions made to some legislative acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan concerning with the application of the “Single Window” Principle in the migration management processes and on “Concerning the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Approval of the foreigners’ or stateless’ persons registration cards form permanently residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan” invalid” dated on June 30, 2009 and entering into force from July 1, 2009 amendments and additions have been made to some legislative acts, as well as, to the Law on “State Duties”. According to the amendments and additions made to the same law the state duties for granting permission cards for temporary and permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and extension of their period, as well as, granting decision on extension of the temporary staying period in the country is determined as follows:
For granting permission card for temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and for extension of its period:
up to 3 months 30 AZN
up to 6 months 60 AZN
up to one year 120 AZN
annual for students 40 AZN
For granting pemission card for permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and for extension of its period:
300 AZN
For granting decision on extension of temporary staying period in the country:
up to one month 30 AZN
from one month up to 2 months 60 AZN
from 2 months up to 3 months 90 AZN
State duty for re-issue of lost permission cards for temporary or permanent residence and decision on extension of temporary staying period for foreigners and stateless persons is determined in the amount of 10 AZN.
