“Turkey-Armenia borders will not open, unless Nagorno Karabakh problem is solved,” Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic told journalists. “Opening of Turkey-Armenia borders and Nagorno Karabakh conflict are separate processes. But the borders will not open, unless Azerbaijan’s occupied territories are released. We have stated this openly,” he said.
