TOPICAL QUOTE

Abdullah GUL,
Turkish President:
“Turkey gave special importance to the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. We believe in necessity of lifting the occupation factor in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan. The time has come. We wish for the diplomatic solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict that it will be solved through the dialogue and peace and stability will be established in the South Caucasus. Undoubtedly it could be realized only after the lifting of occupation factor”.

Riad AL-MALKI,
Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs:
“Palestine supports Azerbaijan’s stance concerning the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. We have always declared that territories under Armenian occupation belong to Azerbaijan. Our position concerning territorial integrity of Azerbaijan will not change and henceforth. We want peaceful resolution of the conflict and liberation of Azerbaijani occupied lands. Palestine calls on international community to exert pressure on Armenia in order to achieve peace”.
From the statement during visit to Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 October, 2009

Vladimir SOCOR,
expert of the Jamestown Fund, US:
“Turkey closed borders with Armenian in 1993 after the occupation of Azerbaijani territories by the Armenian armed forces. Now the talks are going on that Turkey to open its gates. In return, Armenia must withdraw its forces from five occupied regions around Nagorno Karabakh, then two more regions and Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region as well. About one million Azerbaijanis were expelled from those territories and suffered from the ethnic cleansing against them. These are difficult duties ahead. Turkey can open the borders after liberation of five regions. The main condition is that Turkey will open borders at the same time with the withdrawal of Armenian troops from the five occupied regions. A priority can not be given to Armenia during the solution of these problems. It is wrong to think that we open the doors and then the lands are returned. It will be a wrong step”.

Armenians about Armenians
Robert ARAKELOV Karabakh Diary (beginning in the previous issues) On the Bridge
There is a bridge crossing the river near Stepanakert suburbs. The bridge is a part of route between Shusha and Agdam, so militants blew it systematically up blocking Shusha. Three days ago it was exploded and the soldiers of field engineer unit almost finished its reconstruction now. They still have something to complete but the movement on the bridge is resumed. I stay on the high riverside at a distance of two meters from the bridge and watch Shusha regular-route bus driving up the bridge convoyed with armored troop carriers behind and in front of the bus. It is not allowed for bus to drive without them as any transport in Shusha; passenger in particular, is of maliciously burning interest for definite part of duped Armenian community. This time an excited crowd of 20 men also gathered on that high riverside. The summer is all around, it is a real heat and the window glasses are pulled down up to the stop. The sun is not already at its peak and although the bus driving with a snail’s pace is not less than 6-7 meters away from us; its salon is so limelighted that the faces of some passengers are well made out. I can see a girl at the second row facing the riverside close the window most well. The girl is young; she is not more than twenty. She is sitting leaning her elbows on the window-sill and has a shawl under the elbow. She is also holding her head leaning out of the window somewhat. Her face is turned to the sun and she screwed up her eyes from bright rays. She is peacefully smiling and I can distinctly see her whispering something in slumber. The girl as if got away from outward things and dreams of her own. She is so lovely at the moment that I want to stare at her. And I do it and then begin whispering lines of Malabar by Beaudelaire in harmony with the girl.
Happy child, why do you want to leave
This wonderful land for miserable France
Biding farewell to native tamarinds…
Light breeze from the mountains to the river must have made her to hear my whispering and she looked at me idly. Looked and…did not hide her eyes. I smiled gratefully and nodded chop-chop as if wanted to say her, hello young, charmer. Everything was so fine and marvelous at that moment. Water River was murmuring, the smell of wild flowers and grass clouded my mind and the sun shines sparkled on the girl’s face. Everything appeased and a hope was born as if perhaps not everything decayed. We, two strangers, not young man and a young girl with all her charm smiled, smiled and overlooked how a man from a crowd ran up to the water close to the bus, jumped towards the bus window and cried the most vile and disgusting abuse to the girl. He cried these words in Azerbaijan language so loud that the whole crowd could hear them. These expressions can be understood even in Latin and everybody shouted with laugher over these obscene phrases. The crowd was roaring loudly and it seemed to me I was put into stinking hole and it became impossible to breath. I shrank from horror and feared for the girl most of all. I thought how it was to get into way of life disgust at her age. Yet…she did not turn off though looked in another way with a question why. Why did he say that when everything was so nice? What could I answer her? I looked and whispered just to forgive me that I heard all this filth and I wished the Earth could swallow me up. But he did not ask me just as those monsters brought down to this earth a lot of hatred and nobody knows how to live on it. The bus meanwhile was already driving towards the highway leaving behind the bridge. In a while it will disappear behind the hill.
– Goodbye, – I whispered to a girl, – goodbye and forgive me.
Then an inevitable occurred and at the last moment I saw her again. I was so surprised when she leaned out of the window and looked at me smiling. And the sun was shining on her face. I was in frantic haste waving her and whispering: thank you, wonderful girl, be happy, please, be happy, dear girl and goodbye.

RUINS (beginning in the previous issues)

Yuri Pompeev, Academician of RANS, Professor of St Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts
Armenian revolutionary parties of the end of the XIX century Armenakan, Gnchak and Dashnaktsutun defined their activity as a Marxist class struggle perhaps strongly influenced by Russian Marxist movement. According to US historians J. and K. McCartney (“Turks and Armenians”, 1989), Armenian agitators were directly aimed at stirring up of unrests in Turkey to provoke cruel revenge and thus intervention of powers. For the reason above Armenian nationalists preferred to work in the regions with Armenian minority for reprisals to be for sure taken. As these leaders declared, revolutionary units “would not miss an opportunity to kill Turks and Kurds burning out their villages and then would hide in the mountains. Madden Muslims would arose and attack unprotected Armenians and avenge them so barbarously that Russia would interfere for the sake of humanism and Christian civilization and take the region under control”. Armenian nationalists considered, interference of Russia and other states would make Turkey to give autonomy and possible independence to Armenians in Eastern Anatolia, Muslim people would leave or would be expelled from new Armenia, all Turkish, Iranian, US and European Armenians would settle there and establish Armenian state demographically and politically.
(This scheme was completely realized in 1988-1993 during the war for Karabakh and neighboring Azerbaijan regions- – Y.P.).
So desirable Armenian misappropriations in Karabakh and neighboring territories accompanied nationalistic bursts of 1989-1993.
Maybe an idea of Baron Frederic, a banker of Peter’s the First times, stated that “War feeds, Peace exhausts” is triumphant? An idea of Council of Europe on formation of Trans-Caucasian Economic community with equal rights to Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan along with Kababakh and Abkhazia is at least less than utopian as “wide autonomous rights” offered to Karabakh by Azerbaijan.
I consoled myself regarding viewpoint of Heydar Aliyev as he demonstrated republican map with 20 percents of territories occupied in every of his foreign trips and paid visits to refugee camps every week returning home. It seems that Azerbaijan authorities tacitly learnt an aphorism by General de Goll stating that the problems exist not to solve them but to live with them.

Personal opinions also clearly change
Paper “LT Tribune” (Labor Tribune, 20.10.98) claims that Anton Surikov, Political scientist, (Director of Conflict Research Center of Globalization Problems Institute, shareholder of Consulting company Far West LLC, former assistant, press-secretary of the first deputy Chairman of RF Government, was as if engaged in military supplies to Afghanistan, North Africa as well as Nagorno Karabakh contacting with president of unacknowledged Republic of Nagorno Karabakh of that time-Robert Kocharyan-ed.) worked supposedly for Armenians as a special service officer: “An outcome of Armenian-Azerbaijan conflict is terrifying: dozens thousands of killed, millions of refugees, burnt towns and villages, ethnical cleansing, mutual hatred for several generations in advance. Is not it too expensive price for self-determination of Karabakh Armenians or for preservation of territorial integrity? The war was first of all instigated by those “democrats” in Moscow who saw so-called ram in Karabakh crisis to destroy USSR. But ordinary Armenians and Azerbaijanis, mostly innocent people, had to suffer as a result”.

Not noticing a log in own eye, but seeing a little straw in other’s eye

Due to ethic reasons we put the word “eye” in this Azerbaijani proverb instead of the other word meaning hind body with “b” letter. It refers to Armenians including top Armenian authority.
Lately Edward Nalbandyan, Foreign Minister of Armenia thought out one of the nonsense that “unfortunately efforts are taken to successively root out Armenian heritage in Azerbaijan”. Then he tries to substantiate this nonsense with “facts”. “Total destruction of Jugi cemeteries with its unique hemstitch fretworks of IX-XVIth centuries in Nakhchivan evidencing the skills and talent of Jugi master hands is one of examples (Nakhchivan – G.J.) In 2005 this huge cultural monument was razed to the ground by bulldozers and rebuilt into a military school under Governmental decree… There was no war in 1975 when an Armenian church of the VIIth century was completely destroyed in the center of Nakhchivan”. The minister also added that “it was done with the only aim” to erase Armenian traces forming majority in Nakhchivan several decades ago”.
We will discuss the fantasy on destruction of Armenian monuments a little bit later and now let’s turn to his last bunk that Armenians as if formed the majority of people once in Nakhchivan.
It is nothing else but shameless lie as Armenians never made majority in Nakhchivan during any historical period. Here are some figures: in 1826 Azerbaijanis made 117846 (82.41%) and Armenians made 25151 (17.58%) from total Nakhchivan population of 142997. According to the data of national census of Russian Empire of 1897 there were 116079 Azerbaijanis and 55398 Armenians in Nakhchivan uyezd, Nakhchivan and Ordubad cities, Sharuro-Daralagez uyezd and Bashnorashen settlement with total population of 177309. According to this document Azerbaijanis made 51.37% and Armenians 38.54 % in Irevan uyezd and Irevan city (present Yerevan). Based on All-union Census of 1979 Azerbaijanis formed 95.16 % (218870), Armenians-1.48% (3400 people), Russians -1.65 % (3800 people), other nations 1.71 % (3930 people) among 230 thousands of Nakhchivan population.
Is Mr. Nalbandyan really unaware of the fact? He also realizes that it was impossible to forge census documents of Soviet system in one’s favor (though Armenian fraud could take place at any time). So if Edward is unaware of these historical demographical facts let him grub in records as it is shameful for Foreign Minister not to know such data.
An issue on “Azerbaijan efforts on annihilation of Armenian heritage”, “destruction of Khachkar, Jugi cemetery, Armenian church in the center of Nakhchivan” was many times discussed in our paper. Yet Armenian slander, falsehood, cynicism do not make it possible to deviate from this theme. That is why it is necessary to return to it from time to time. A “Kabarakh historian” Grachik Arutunyan also made slander announcement in pro-Armenian IA Regnum as though by a special command.
Thus, at first there is Juga village in Julfa region of ancient Nakhchivan. There were remains of ancient Muslim and Christian monuments, cemeteries but nobody destroyed them there. There are also monuments naturally ruined as it happens all over the world. Second, claim by Nabaldyan on “destruction of Armenian church in the center of Nakhchivan in 1975” is real rubbish. Armenians would make a world-wide splash supported by the highest ranks of Soviet Empire (for example, represented by academician A. Aganbekyan, advisor chauvinist M. Gorbachev and others cobwebbed USSR leadership). Nalbandyan was also aware that not only churches but also mosques and other sanctuaries were destroyed on the whole territories of former Soviet Union at the times of Soviet atheist ideology. Third, a great number of Armenian, Albanian and Jewish churches remained in Azerbaijan with majority restored and renovated. Moreover, Armenian churches still remain in the center of Baku as vivid examples. It might be right to remember the words of Father Constantine, press-secretary of Baku-Caspian Eparchy of Russian Orthodox Church in Azerbaijan: “No Christian church was desecrated in Azerbaijan; Even Armenian one was not filthy.” At present dozens thousands of Armenians live in the country without problems while there is no Azerbaijan man in Armenia. Now let’s turn to the issue of condition of Muslim mosques, cemeteries and other sacred places in Armenia and occupied Azerbaijan territories.
Alas, none can favorably consider it. Armenians turned historical and religious Muslim and Albanian monuments into Armenian and mostly raze them to the ground since their migration to Azerbaijan in the XIXth century. They expanded their activity devastating everything related to Muslim culture and religion after the collapse of former Soviet regime and occupation of Azerbaijan lands. It suffices to notice that there are no more mosques now in Zangezur and Irevan provinces from 391 mosques of 1915. Armenian vandals devastated thousands of graveyards, religious monuments, mosques, tombs, mausoleums, holy places in Western Azerbaijan called Armenia at present as well as in occupied Nagorno Karabakh, Shusha, Agdam, Jebrayil, Fizuli, Lachin, Kelbajar, Gubadli, Zangilan regions, copies of Holy Koran and other religious literature were annihilated. We should once again remind on chronic Armenian disease to pose ancient Albanian temples and even Azerbaijan religious monuments as Armenian.
Such Armenians as Kocharyan, Sarkisyan, Nalbandyan, Arutunyan and others try to boldly relate their mean quality to Azerbaijanis.
Here it comes to the proverb “Don’t notice a log in own eye “b…”, but see a little straw in other’s”…

Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh
Felix Tsertsvadze
Formation of myths
I paid attention to such notes in an article “You should be Armenian…” by Valery Sandler:
“…three millions Armenians live in Armenia, almost the same number in Russia…” He also added that, “They say Putin meeting Kocharyan joked that it was a disputed question who of them was the president of Armenian people…” (Paper “In new light” 24-30 June, 2005)
Approximately six millions Armenians live in Armenia and Russia, the paper states. It means that Armenian people were spread through the whole world in about 70 countries and in some unknown burst moved to Armenia and Russia in a moment. The paper obviously went too far. It is hard to believe that Armenian communities in Georgia, USA, France, Syria, Lebanon, Argentina, Canada, Greece, Uruguay, Great Britain and other countries ceased to work. It is well-known fact that Armenians form from 6, 4 to 6, 55 millions in the whole world. If 6 millions live in Russia and Armenia, more than 500 thousands fall to the share of the rest 70 communities. Why did the paper spread these false rumors and moreover hint at 8 millions of Armenian living on the earth ignoring official statistics and increasing number of Armenian people to almost two millions.
The paper itself answers the question. “1, 2 millions people migrated from Armenia only during last three years…”, said Svetlana Samodelova in an article “Little, but mountainous” with subtitle “Armenians already returned from Mecca while Jews moved there”.
Armenian population varies from 2, 725 till 3, 412 people according to different assessments. On average it is three million. If 1, 2 million left the country, 1, 8 remained. Readers may think, many people leave the country as they search for best life. In spring, 2005, Edward Pariyants claimed in his article “Genocide and peddlers”, that US annually render financial assistance to Armenia on the basis of 42 US dollars per capita. Formally 3 millions are meant. Referring to “In new light” 1, 8 million remained in fact. Yet Armenians got money for everybody, for 3 millions, it makes 126 millions US dollars. The rest people needed 75, 6 millions as migrated 1, 2 millions were not meant. In this case there is a question: “Where are the rest 50, 4 millions US dollars of the funds of US tax-payers?”
There is no answer but ulterior hind in the paper. Mr. Pariants must have elucidated some data he did not have right to expose. Mr. Sandler`s article calls slightly and softly to smooth things over and disavow Mrs. Samodelova. The more so as Mr. Pariants suddenly left position of deputy editor and the paper itself as Sandler was published. Parinats was not also invited to pompous celebration of the 10th year’s anniversary of the paper and was not even mentioned in the anniversary edition.
Here is another example. During last years, especially in 2005, a new version of Armenian genocide of 1915 is feverishly imposed to the whole world. At first, they enlarged time frames of this disaster from a year to 45, second, the number of death toll increased from 1, 5 to 2 millions. Yet they could not find anything substantial than to cite such an “authority” as Adolph Hitler.
Yury Tsaturyan at first wrote in an article “Without right to forget” (“New Russian Word), April, 22, 2005, “… in 1915 more than 1, 5 millions Armenian were killed in Ottoman Turkey”, below he deny himself: “…total casualties of Armenian people in Turkey make up 2, 0 millions for 1878-1922”.
In four day, in April, 26, 2005 another Armenian Martirosyan introduced as UN ambassador in Armenia cited Hitler in live broadcast of Russian radio in New York and was supported by Mr. Topaller, the toady presenter of “Ricochet” program. He also explained that Armenian genocide took place since 1896 till 1915 and 1, 5 millions Armenian were killed.

P.S. Armenian population made 3288000 people including non-Armenians in 1989 under national census of USSR, i.e. less than 3 million Armenians lived here. The whole number of Armenians in USSR made 4623000 but not 6000000. According to the national census of Russian Federation, 1130491 Armenians lived in this country in 2002, but not 3000000 – ed.

What’s got into S. Tarasov?

They again involved us into callous discussions on REGNUM issue. It seems it will not be so easy to be quickly through with them for endless cynical incentives of REGNUM.
Stanislav Tarasov, expressing his Anti-Azerbaijan and Anti-Armenian position, “standing person on duty” in REGNUM forced us to disputes this time. This man is incredibly tempered and specializes in this dishonorable activity. His disinterestedness is doubtful if to take into consideration the fact of publishing of his provocative and touchy article in agency’s site almost every day though not being a contributor of the paper.
As if, an invisible “confluent hose” of a mysterious customer refuels Tarasov, and does not let his exhaust mechanism to stop.
Here are some examples of headlines of numerous articles expressing his policy in “REGNUM”: “Baku cork “Karabakh gates” up and let “Yerevan genie” out”, “Baku will have to pay Western bills”, “The fall of Azerbaijan diplomacy”, “Baku let “overture blow” in again”, “Ashkhabad drives Baku into geopolitical trap”, “Baku is in check in Karabakh settlement”, “Baku-Khankendi-a bird in the hand-two in the bush”, Turkish solidarity: North, West and East blocked Karabakh perspectives of Baku”, etc.
Anti-Azerbaijan hysterics by Tarasov are sometimes so fierce that it seems Balayan, Shakhbazyan or another Armenian lawyer speaks on his behalf. He sticks up for “impossibility of conflict settlement without Nagorno-Karabakh as the problem is closely tied with the will of Karabakh people”, invents that “definite forces tries to wreck bilateral meetings in Baku”, willy-nilly reveals his anxiety on version of beginning of “a new Azerbaijan political diplomatic and possibly military combination and thus he also makes provocative-slanderous conclusions as “Baku missed the moment when Ankara started to take “Armenian issue” within its national history while Azerbaijan was not even mentioned in political world map”(?! – G.J). He at the same time asks a question: “Why does Baku protract signing of peaceful agreement on Kababakh and beard against normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations?” He deliberately forgets a real reason of delay of settlement process depending on unconstructive position of Armenian leadership. Tarasov makes obvious partial forecasts, as “In the event of military conflict in Karabakh that will never be blitzkrieg for Azerbaijan, the West developing here a lot of energy projects for millions of dollars are unlikely to let Baku throw money to the Caspian winds”. Or look to another aphorism by this person who worries for Armenians: “There is ample evidence that Azerbaijan returns to the realization of scenario prior to “Caucasus crisis” period. Why? At first, exactly under its influence co-chairmen of OSCE Minsk Group were decided to be replaced till the end of the year and thus the activity of the group was paralyzed. Second, Ilham Aliyev came to martial expressions more and more. The he goes on: “The head of Azerbaijan republic claimed following at the governmental session of July, 2009 after Moscow summit Aliyev-Sagrsyan: “Territorial integrity of Azerbaijan should be restored and all occupied territories released. I hope, this issue will be solved in the near future if Armenian party considers real situation, analyses growing potential of Azerbaijan, its military, economic, political and diplomatic progress”. It is not clear why Tarasov is so enraged? Maybe he doubts in an axiom of restoration of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and inevitability of liberation of occupied territories?
Tarasov often supports his advocatory bias with provocative oracle and peculiar threat towards Azerbaijan: “If Baku dares to military settlement on Karabakh problem, it will face recent Caucasian crisis syndrome. Yet this time Karabakh will be acknowledged independent by Western countries first of all”. His other viewpoints: “Liberation process can start only after signing of agreement stipulating for further activities of parties to the conflict…Stepanokert will inevitably turn to the subject of negotiation process after withdrawal of Armenian troops from seven regions to provide necessary conditions for future referendum in Karabakh internationally controlled”. “Armed conflict in contiguity zone of CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization – G.J.) and NATO does not bode anything well for Azerbaijan geopolitical stability as it will be at one time influenced by Iran. So the possibility of border split of former Azerbaijan Khanates as they joined Russian Empire is high”. “It is very easy in fact to initiate the war than to finish it. As Azerbaijan will frustrate all international agreements and will be declared an aggressor if to begin military actions. Then the main initiators of the settlement process, some Western countries including US will acknowledge Karabakh independent. Moreover, Armenia will also join struggles as military activity grows. Armenian mission will be recognized as liberation. The west itself will block Turkish attempt to support Azerbaijan. It is also venturesome for Turkey, as all provisions of Kars treaty defining Nakhchivan status will be annulled. One can not exclude that Iran can do the same if Turkey will send its troops to Trans-Caucasus. Thus, however one tries to play “Karabakh patience” Azerbaijan can really lose Karabakh”.
All above-mentioned hypotheses by Tarasov are complete rubbish. Yet some of them should be discussed. First: None can name Azerbaijan an aggressor under such military operations as it does not aim to occupy any land. Moreover, nobody named Armenia an aggressor so far, despite its obvious aggressive policy. Second: it is clear that Armenia is an initiator of military actions in the region and hence it recognition of its mission of a “liberator” is a complete nonsense. Basically there were no territories occupied to be liberated by them. Third: CSTO with Armenia being a member and its name very often mentioned by Tarasov as a threat can not interfere to his great regret because it can do it only after real threat for Armenian territorial integrity. Fourth: version by Tarasov on Iranian interference is an absolute bosh, as Iran has no scanty grounds.
Single moments negative for Azerbaijan as if satisfy sarcastic S. Tarasov and he reveals it. Some his phrases are examples: “Azerbaijan lost this duel. It was not able to hold Turkey and preserve initiative in approaches to Karabakh settlement in one team”. As if steady Turkish-Azerbaijan alliance is wrecked. In the light of forthcoming signing of documents between Turkey and Armenia on settlement of diplomatic relations, “fraternal solidarity” between Ankara and Baku remains only on words and paper”… Oh, what a happiness!
Each article by S. Tarasov so angry with Azerbaijan can cause prolonged conversations. But he does not worth it…
One thing is strange: what’s bitten him?

Entertainments with animals of Armenian oligarch

Entertainments of so-called Armenian elite strikes with its cynicism and narrow-mindedness
Famous Armenian oligarch, leader of the party “Prospering Armenia” Gagik Tsarukyan decided to get a compact home zoo for boredom or for big money but not for great love to animals. Even children in Armenia know how he loves lions. However, Tsarukyan shows his love to such noble animals in peculiar way.
There is a video in internet how funny this oligarch and his friends entertain themselves in their free time. They put a donkey into a cage with two young lions. Animals were young and full as a tick but the crowd provoked them to attack. Rude spectators were delighted and one can hear children shouting behind-the-scenes. When a donkey can get out off chaps of a young predator it grasps one of them and begins to beat it on the floor of the cage. One of organizers of this spectacle shoots at a donkey being afraid for a life of an expensive lion. Predators move to the corner of the cage as a donkey drips with blood. The shooting goes on. Lions do not approach the donkey. People behind-the-scenes go on to rave and are astonished with endurance of a donkey. They want again to let lions on dying donkey.
Everyone can toss their beans. But Tsarukyan and his servants seem to have good vestibular apparatus. It is nastily and sad if they placed a donkey today they can tomorrow place a human into a cage and no one cares for it. The main thing it is amusing and entertaining. The king is satisfied, peasants are fed up.
Editorial staff: This material was published in Armenian newspaper “ARMEN Today”, October, 20, 2009 and we publish it without any modifications. This is – incredible fact once more evidences brutal, rapacious and bloody-thirsty essence of Armenians. The video can be watched on: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xaux72_lions-vs-donkey-donkey-wins_animals
We want to introduce a reader our above-mentioned “hero”.
Garik Tsarukyan has been a businessman since 1980. He is also a founder and chairman of the second largest party “Prospering Armenia”, president of National Olympic Committee of Armenia, deputy of Armenian National Assembly since 2003. He was a chief executive of “Armenia” Company in 1992. Since 2002 he enlarged his farmer’s ownership and founded a factory on dairy products in Arinj settlement of Abovyan region (at present Kotay region). In 1995 he founded multiprofile concern “Multi Group” including Abovyan factory on “Kotayk” beer production, Yerevan chemical-pharmacological firm, net of furniture salons “Mek”, cognac-wine-vodka distillery “Ararat”, “Aviaservice” Joint-Stock Company, cement works “Ararat”, industrial complex on stone processing “Multi Stone”, “Multi Rest House” Company, “Global Motors” CJS Company, “Multi City House” Company and other organizations.
In short, he has everything in abundance except humanity.

“Armenia: secrets of terrorist “Christian” state”

The great series of Armenian frauds
Vol. I (beginning in previous flimsies) Chapter four
THE ARMENIAN NUMBERS GAME AND
THEIR USE OF TWO SETS OF BOOKS
Hovannissian recalls that for “more than two thousand years Armenians and Georgians had been neighbors, enjoying an extraordinary record of peaceful association. Christian people, they shared numerous traditions, including related erstwhile dynastic families”. The Armenians claimed that their excuse to attack Georgia was because Georgia had made deals with the Germans for protection and that they “had abandoned Armenian to the Turkish hordes” (P 66, from the book of Hovanissian). This is an odd allegation because neither Armenia nor Georgia was an organized state during the times these events took place.
Hovannissian alleges, “The Armenians claimed a `plurality` in the region that became the Georgian capital” (P 66). On the very next page of his book he provides “Table 1 – Population of the Transcaucasian Provinces in 1916”. The source he provides is “United States of America, the national archives, Record Group 256, 867 B/10”.
The source used by Hovannissian states the total population of Tiflis was 1,473,000. Of that number, Georgians had a population of 580,000 and Armenians made up a population of 411,000. In other words, there were 169,000 more Georgians in their capital than there were Armenians. The conclusion is that Hovannissian is wrong in claiming an “Armenian plurality in Tiflis” just as he is consistently wrong about issue after issue throughout this four-volume history. Although his work may appease his hard-line nationalist brethren in Armenia, it makes rather poor scholarship.
The same Table 1 reveals more interesting facts: The total population of the Transcaucasian provinces that comprised Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan in 1916 was 6,670,000.
These are enlightening numbers regarding a plurality because there were more Muslims in this region than any other single group – 2,503,000 of them. This contrasts to the 1,758,999 Armenians and 1,663,400 Georgians. Other groups made up the remaining population. The reader will recall Hovannissian’s assertion in past chapters of how Armenia demanded “their” people and lands be awarded to Armenia. It is interesting to note a plurality of the people is Muslims and Hovannissian refuses to count them as human beings.
Armenians claim the Muslim Turks murdered 1.5 million of their people in 1915. The numbers don’t add up when examining the U.S. government’s 1916 accounting of 1,758,000 Armenians in this region plus many more than 1 million then living within the borders of the Ottoman Empire. In addition, there were hundreds of thousands of Armenians in such places as Syria, Iraq, Iran, and so forth. There were just too many Armenian Christians alive in 1916 to have had 1.5 million of them killed in 1915.
Hovannissian complains that “the Georgian government had sealed the escape routes to refugees fleeing before the Turkish armies. Nearly 80,000 Armenians from Akhalkalak alone had been denied sanctuary. Of this destitute mass, stranded in the rugged Bakussiani highland until the end of the World War, some 30,000 perished” (P 68).
Hovannissian has little to say about the hundreds of thousands of Muslims who fled before the attacking Russian army the Armenians helped and supported.
“The Georgians indignantly refuted every accusation, asserting that a nation could not be blamed for saving itself and that, were the circumstances reversed, the Armenians would have followed the same course. Moreover, the Armenians, having found refuge in Georgia for decades past, were now unscrupulously violating the goodwill of the Georgian people by aspiring to dominate the country” (P 68).

A lot of questions, arising from the process of the Turkish-Armenian rapprochement

10 October of this year in the Swiss city of Zurich between Turkey and Armenia have been signed a “Protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between two countries,” and “Protocol on development of mutual relations”, which caused an ambiguous reaction of various sectors of the world community.
Note that the reason for this process was the fact that, 16 years ago were frozen diplomatic relations and closed border between Turkey and Armenia. And the reason for this was the last aggressive policy against Azerbaijan and the occupation of its territories, as well as the continuation of territorial claims against Turkey and the issue of far-fetched “Armenian genocide”.
On the threshold of the culmination moment of process, i.e. signing of the above-named protocols, there have been quite unusual events. First, information leaked about the secret of the Turkish-Armenian talks, which, it turns out, began two years ago, then out of nowhere, appeared a kind of “road map” performing a so-called “football diplomacy”… And all of this served as a foundation for the process of signing of diplomatic protocols.
As it is known, all this process prepared and implemented under the patronage of the USA, Russia, France, Switzerland, and also the EU. Even President Barrack Obama in a special order has visited Turkey and “ordered” to open borders. Apparently, blockade position of Armenia so strongly disturbs the USA. And “fan” for “match” signings there have arrived US State Secretary Hillary Clinton, Foreign Affairs Ministers of Russia, France, Switzerland, Slovenia Sergey Lavrov, Bernard Kushner, Micheline Calmy-Rey, Samuel Zhbogar, the Supreme representative of EU Javier Solana and even co-chairmen of the Minsk Group (MG) of OSCE Robert Bradtke (USA), Jury Merzlyakov (Russia) and Bernard Fassier (France). The ceremony, accompanied by some of the excesses up to the “danger” of collapse, ended more joyful ecstasy and stormy of applause “patronage” standing behind the table at which the ministers of Turkey and Armenia Ahmed Davutoglu and Edward Nalbandian signed “historical” protocols. But this ceremony, outwardly seeming too even brilliant, sometimes gave rise to a lot of unanswered questions, at least for the Azerbaijani side, only a small part of which we will touch on below.
So, interestingly, would be gathered in such a solemnly and business conditions so solidary team of super states and international organizations to resolve the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict? In case of the affirmative answer, another question arises: then why they do not do it? In the opposite case – and for what reason would not be met? Equally grandiose mood, due to the signing of the protocols, willy-nilly raises another question: would any other event, except as conducive to the conclusion of the blockade of Armenia, to serve such a stormy outburst of joy and applause of the audience at a table signing of the protocols?
And even if civilized Europe, the entire West are so excited to establish a conflict between the neighboring countries that do not accept war, redrawing of existing borders and the closure of blockades and so forth, then why do not they make efforts to resolve the unending Israeli-Palestinian conflict? Further, if the same United States, Russia, France, international organizations, are doing their utmost to open the Turkish-Armenian border, do so in order to ensure peace and stability in the region and good neighborly relations between countries, what they cover up their addiction, then why for so long time, they never demanded from Armenia to implement certain resolutions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict and Security Council of the UN, OSCE, PACE and other authoritative international organizations and the liberation of its occupied Azerbaijani lands? Why force, exerting pressure on Turkey to normalize relations with Armenia, do not make such pressure on Armenia, the aggressor?

It became known episode associated with the note of S.Lavrov to E. Nalbandian “Edward! Agree on the ceremony without statements!” when in the process created extremely intense conditions, which was done last. This is – proof that Armenia and the step can not do without Russia. Moreover, it is simply not in force to refuse something to his older brother. In this case, making Russia the same way no orders Armenia – its advanced post in the South Caucasus – to deduce aggressive forces from the occupied Azerbaijani territories?
It is known that during the forced interruption of the process of signing H.Clinton has made great efforts to remove contradictions, and finally made this exception to the text of the statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, the part relating to Nagorno-Karabakh. Why and for what reason?
To attract attention to the complete composition participate in the signing ceremony of the co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk. What relation has MG in signing process? In the same place and so there were high-ranking officials from all three countries-co-chairmen. It is an indicator of their extreme interest in a conclusion of Armenia from blockade.
It is clear that Turkey started rapprochement with Armenia, under strong pressure on it, in addition to its well-meaning good-neighborly intentions. But there are also a number of other circumstances and interests, forcing the country to the desperate, unwanted steps, such a rapprochement with Armenia. For example, the question of entry into membership of the European Union. But whether Turkey is assured, what after normalization of relations with Armenia and opening of the Turkish-Armenian borders will accept it in the European Union? Personally, the author of these lines is not quite sure. If even these two countries will live in harmony, there will be other pretexts for refusing to accept Turkey. Because of the fact, that there are unspoken and devoid of legal basis of the reasons that are known to everyone, but are disclosed by nobody. Further, whether Turkey is assured that after establishing relations with Armenia, the latter will coexist with it on a truly noble manner, renounced territorial claims against it, as well as from a far-fetched question of “the Armenian genocide of 1915?
I do not know as Turkey, but personally I’m not sure, and this uncertainty is based on staunch positions of the Armenian side in these questions, it is clear that, first of all, from the statements of S.Sarkisyan and the governing officials of Armenia, before and after the signing of the protocols.
It’s no secret that the signing of the above-mentioned protocols, involving the opening of borders, that is equivalent to maintenance of Armenia with the second breath, contributed to some cooling of the Turkish-Azerbaijani relations. Actually, for this and all were eager to anti-Muslim forces, which are so interested in opening of the Turkish-Armenian borders, and are visible with the naked eye, and they are in some ways made his own. Is the Turkish leadership is not aware of this? Really the management of Turkey does not realize it? By the way, almost all participants of process, excluding only Turkey, stubbornly stood on the Armenian position “normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations does not concern a question of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict”. But because of what was closed Turkish-Armenian border? It’s been a response to the aggressive policy of Armenia against Azerbaijan, and was to be the main lever for the fair resolution of Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. That is, in principle, the opening of the borders must come from the resolution of this conflict. And what has changed at present?
Absolutely nothing and this circumstance gives raise the next logical questions: whether in general, normalization of the Turkish-Armenian relations will render any positive influence on settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijan conflict? And what will happen, if anything, lead to the breakdown of the negotiation process? Whether will toughen the Armenia, which has been pulled out from blockade, the position on negotiating process on settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijan conflict?
Questions a great lot and to capture all is impossible. But I can not pass by one of them in any way: what influenced the total change in position of Abdullah Gul, Turkey’s current president, who once categorically opposed to the arrival of the President of Armenia at the funeral of the late President Turgut Ozal, and now he so warmly met Sarkisyan?

National Heroes of Azerbaijan

“I am the son of a Turk and never give up to the Armenian diga!”
He would have been in this October 40, if the Armenian armed bandits did not tear off his young life. Then he was only 23 years…
Kazim Arshad oglu Mammadov was born on October, 1, 1969 in Boyuk Marjanly village of Jabrail district of Azerbaijan. After graduating from a rural high school, he has entered to Ganja Construction Technical School, but could not finish it, as has been called in 1988 on active military service in the ranks of the former Soviet Army. In 1990, demobilized from the army, Kazim has returned to Ganja on purpose to finish study. It was times when black clouds were condensed over Azerbaijan. The Armenian separative movement for tearing away of Nagorno-Karabakh from Azerbaijan has extremely aggravated position in republic. The country has appeared under the threat of the armed invasion of Armenians. This circumstance has compelled Kazim to pass to correspondence course: how he could stand aside, when the Armenian separatism threatens his people?
Returning to his native district in February 1991, junior sergeant K. Mammadov has been employed in the position of patrol service of Jebrail District Division of Internal Affairs and soon went to the front-line. And from the first day with the honor of his official duties, which at that time generally consisted of a reflection of an enemy onslaught, identification and destruction of places of grouping the Armenian armed bandits.
K. Mammadov, along with their subordinates – police officers Elchin and Shukur were attached to the post, located in the Zamzur village, abandoned by the Armenians, which were occupied Azerbaijani refugee from Armenia. This village was under constant bombardment of Armenian militants. Therefore, Akif and Elchi – new residents of the former Armenian village, too, day and night voluntarily helped a small platoon of Kazim.
November, 15, 1992… The Armenian armed forces in the night with a large manpower by artillery support have undertaken the next attack to Zamzur. K.Mammadov together with the companions on fight in the heaviest conditions was shot till the morning and has managed to cause the great losses to enemy forces. But by the morning militia under Arcady’s command, with aloud exceeding force, encirclement the house which has turned to strengthening of group Kazim. Even in such hardest position five have laid down to the ground not shot one of the ten fighters. And when already at Elchin, Shukur, Akif and Elchi does not remain cartridges, Armenians have riddled their bodies with bullets. Kazim was left alone. Arcady has ordered to militants: “If he will not give up, set fire to the house!” The armed gangsters did it. Remained with last cartridge, Kazim has understood that he could not get out in any way from here and has decided to shot this bullet in his breast, so as not to be taken prisoner. At this time all house already has been burned in the fire. Suddenly he heard Arcady’s shout: “Hey, you, Azer, surrender is better, not that I will send you to the other world!” It has flared up Kazim. He has shouted in the answer: “I am the son of a Turk and never give up to the Armenian diga!” (“diga” in Armenian is close in meaning to the word “boy” – G.N.), – and shot the last bullet directly in Arcady’s face. Then has murmured to “Allah Akbar” and rushed into the arms of fire…
On October 8, 1992, Kazim Arshad oglu Mammadov was posthumously conferred the honorary title of the National Hero of Azerbaijan by the decree of the President of Azerbaijan.
K.Mammadov is buried in the Boyuk Marjanly village, which is now under the Armenian occupation. The school, where is studied Kazim, named after him. 3 prizes are instituted in the name of hero.

The next political provocation
Armenia and the Karabakh separative regime
The separative regime established in Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) as a result of separative so-called “Armenian movement” for tearing away of this integral part of the Azerbaijan lands, remaining true essence, from time to time gets up to the various political provocations which are continuation of that “movement”, directed on undermining of negotiating process and deepening of international contradictions in the region.
Recently separative regime carries out in NК, the next similar political provocation. According to the pro-Armenian news agency REQNUM by request of the State Committee of a Cadastre of the real estate at “Nagorno-Karabakh government” was printed in the publishing house “Tigran Metz” of Yerevan city “Atlas of NКR” in the Armenian and Russian languages, prepared by the Center of a Geodesy and Cartography of the State Committee of a Cadastre under the government of Armenia.
According to reports, this atlas gives complete representation about “the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic” in the historical-geographical plan. Included in the atlas about 70 cards of medium and large scales, texts and schemes contain the information on formation, a geographical position, an environment and resources, the population, economy and culture of “NКR”.
In the beginning of October of current year in Hankendi (Stepanakert) the presentation of the above-named atlas has taken place. According to the agency, at the presentation ceremony of the atlas have taken part “president” of “NКR” Bako Saakyan, Ashot Gulyan, “the chairman of National Meeting”, Ara Arutyunyan “prime minister”, “deputies”, “members of the government”, representatives of the public, editorial structure of the atlas. For information, we note that the chairman of an editorial board and the editor-in-chief of the atlas is Cand.Tech.Sci. Manuk Vardanyan.
Moreover, the fact of the edition of the atlas nobody recognized separative regime of NК is illegal, the contents of the given edition as appears from materials of mass-media, full of Anti-Azerbaijani moments, false and misleading information, distortions of the valid history, geography, events of last years. Yes it is clear and under statements of children of the Armenian separatism present on presentation. “Our atlas reflects all process occurring before our eyes, the war imposed by Azerbaijan, process of formation of independent Karabakh state”, – said the editor-in-chief of the edition M.Vardanyan, adding to that one of his cynical thought: “Many people recognized the state would dream about that their country had a place similar process of nation-building”. Similar words of one of the “producers” of a separative product are sufficient for the full assumption of the content of the atlas. Another colleague of the edition Vardges Safarian smugly noted that “the atlas is the encyclopedia for each family and the fundamental document in the management of the country”.
And B.Saakyan, the head of a separative regime, presented at ceremony of presentation noted “the political importance” of a new atlas: “the Atlas directly mentions safety issues of the country and should serve as a reference point in all undertakings”, – he told and reinforced his idea on “importance” of the given edition with words: “After Constitution acceptance it is the second official document which will become the foundation for our country to lead.”
Let’s notice that, the atlas in question, is published in the Armenian language in edition of 1500 copies, as well as a limited-edition in Russian. For the purpose of the further separative propaganda, transfer of the edition and into other languages is planned. It should be noted one more time, indirectly underlining giving of an appreciation of the edition of the atlas by a management of a separative regime, in other words, is the next political provocation. B.Saakyan has awarded the chairman of an editorial board, the editor-in-chief of the atlas M.Vardanyan with an order “Mesropa Mashtotsa”, several members of the editorial structure with a “Gratitude” medal and honorary decree “the government”.
As stated above, edition of “Atlas” “NКR” nothing more than another political provocation of a separative regime promoting deepening of a precipice in the course of settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijan conflict. And this – is not a single fact, such abnormal steps of the Armenian party – a great lot.
It is surprising that the world community, including the international organisations, including OSCE and its Minsk Group, occupied with settlement process as if do not see countless similar things. Surprisingly and incredibly…

FIFA dances to Armenian’s tune?!

So ended the next stage of the process of establishing a Turkish-Armenian relations in the framework of the so-called “football diplomacy”. Remind of that it began last year with an invitation of the President of Armenia to his country the Turkish President to watch the World Championship match of 2010 between the national teams of these two countries.
Turkish President Abdullah Gul visited Yerevan with Armenian President Serzh Sarkisyan watched the match between combined footballs teams ended with the score 2:0 in favor of Turkey. Then, Gul made the invitation to Sarkisyan come to Turkey to watch a return match, which was accepted from the first with satisfaction.
Let’s notice that events after that up to day of competition developed by no means in an ambiguous channel. For all of the past tense in a society there was a double opinion: some had no doubt the trip to match the president of Armenia, and was also a lot of opposing views in mind the uncertainty about prospects for the normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations and open borders between the two countries, especially Sarkisyan has repeatedly made statements specifically this effect: “Either I’m going to watch the match through the open border, or I will not go at all”.
Meanwhile, Turkey was a vital pre-match preparation. Bursa was made unprecedented security measures. All power structures of Turkey have been connected to actions for safety of the Armenian football players and visitors almost. It was envisaged to set before the game starts at the entrance to the stadium two rows of safety zones, entrances to the stadium was planned to use the security system X-Ray, in addition, provided the stadium to periodically check a specially trained dogs, and at its inputs to see the fans right up to the underwear.
October 14, the day of the response meeting teams of Turkey and Armenia, to ensure the safety of the game was involved 3000 police and military, 500 police officers in civilian sitting among the fans. For even more security measures at special points in the stadium were also placed snipers. On stadium it was forbidden to carry bottles and other things, and with a view of prevention of manufacturing of various posters – even pencils and handles. From the moment of arrival of the Armenian national team in Bursa, it took under round-the-clock protection group of 300 policemen who were on duty a few rows surrounded Holiday Inn hotel where football players stayed. Under round-the-clock protection was and the Armenian delegation arrived to Bursa which has settled down in Tugce hotel in the centre of Bursa.
The same day, arrived in Bursa and the Armenian president, however, changed its previously announced arrogance, that is, not through the open border, and by air. Note also that the meeting of Sarkisyan took place in Turkey where the pompous than meeting his Turkish counterpart in Armenia: A.Gul met Sarkisyan himself, accompanied by music and dance group of girls. Gul even sacrificed for Serjik his luxury rooms in the hotel, while he himself stayed in the room provided for the second. And one about urgent detail over respectable reception of the Armenian president: if to trust words of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan, dinner in honor of the “distinguished guest” of this country, all life slandering Turkey, having congenital pathological hatred to Turks and in general to Moslems, the first lady of Turkey – Heyrunnisa Gul has prepared…(?! – G.Z). However the family of Turkish President forgot that with Sarkisyan – not simple guest and the president of Armenia, he was a criminal whose hands are stained with the blood of hundreds of their brothers and sisters in Khojaly and around Karabakh?
But all this – seeming small details about the next round of the process of “football diplomacy”, although each of them has a special significance and serves some specific intent. Along with all this there had been another point, past which just will not pass and that no “small” do not call.
Before the match was made the decision of the local municipality that a match is forbidden to bring the flag of Azerbaijan. After fierce protests, up to raise a court action against the municipality, the decision was reversed. But just three and a half hours before the competition became known that the International Football Federation (FIFA), banned to bring and dispel the flags of Azerbaijan on tribunes of stadium and the FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke made warning of the Football Federation of Turkey that, if the action with the Azerbaijan flag is not prevented, the match will be canceled. As a result, the police prevented penetration to the Azerbaijan flags on Ataturk’s stadium in Bursa. What nonsense! How to FIFA matter whose flags will be brought by fans to the stadium? When took place such a strange and illegal decision? By the way, UEFA President Michel Platini was at the match and, who declined to comment on the matter. According to mass-media, FIFA itself “justify” the decision in such pretext that, well, it is taken in accordance with the 26th point of the Safety rules during the games in football matches are not used as a tool for political purposes.
Firstly, if presence at stadiums or other sports arenas of flags of any country to estimate as politicization of competitions then all of them would have political character for at all international sports competitions in honour of winners flags of their countries rise. Secondly, at stadium in Bursa there was a set of flags of Turkey and Armenia and if presence of a flag of the third country – Azerbaijan FIFA considers as game politicization then why the same decision not to prohibit flag of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh regime at stadium in Yerevan? And then, the decision with the doubtful basis, which has served, to certain intensity not only in Bursa, and alson in all Turkey and in Azerbaijan FIFA itself politicized the Turkish-Armenian match.
But in the end, became aware of the true reasons for the ban of FIFA about the Azerbaijani flag: it turns out that the Armenian party had asked for it! Now that’s something like it! It turns out, FIFA dances to Armenian’s tune?!
But, despite all these prohibitions, the pressure of law enforcement bodies in Turkey and other security measures during the Turkey-Armenia match at the stadium of Bursa hundreds of Azerbaijani flags were blown, streets and buildings of the city were covered by them. The hymn of Armenia has been catcalled…
So let everyone know that any decision or order is impossible to drive a wedge between the Turkish and Azerbaijani peoples!

Eternal Armenian begging

Really, the so-called Armenian begging – an inborn trait of this nation. During the whole of its existence, pretending to be the most oppressed, the poor and begging for the creation of one and all provisions, lived at the expense of others. This Armenian property progresses and today.
According to the mass-media, one of these days the President of Armenia, at the same time the head of the Board of Trustees All Armenian Fund “Hayastan” Serzh Sarkisyan with the head of the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan and chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia Ovik Abrahamyan visited Moscow, where they held a charity dinner organized by the President on fundraising in the “Telemarofona-2009”, traditionally carried out by Foundation to raise funds, as they say on the life of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. Imagine the condition of the Armenians, that the president himself decided to begging.
However, as mentioned above, this is their employment – have traditionally. Every year, representatives of the “oldest”, “most civilized”, “most cultured” nation go from house to house in all parts of the world and beg for alms.
According to calculations of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN, in collaboration with the World Food Program, the number of poor people in Armenia can reach 906 thousand people. Researches of the corresponding international organizations show that people suffering from hunger make over 30% of all population of this country. If to consider that the certain part of the population has left for a long time already Armenia, then the percent starving at all will increase. According to information, many poor families instead of bread, rolls and buns now use the cheaper potatoes, while the bulk of the population declined from meat and milk products, causing considerable damage to their health. By estimations of the international experts, without foreign financial support to carry out anti-crisis program, published by the Government of Armenia in April of this year, will be impossible.
Let’s remind that the latest list of surveyed sociologists of the Global Network Fund World Values Survey “happy” and “unfortunate” closed the 97 countries of Armenia and Zimbabwe, in other words, one of the two most unfortunate countries in the world is Armenia.
So Sarkisyan was forced to set out for handouts. And he said that their “mission” with Russia is not random, after all there now lives almost one and a half million Armenians, among which a lot of well-founded owing to known especially Armenian character traits. Although, unfortunately the Armenian leader, at present, the general provisions of Russian Armenians is not very good.
According to the calculations of the Asian Development Bank, remittances from Russia decreased by 25%, which has a negative impact, especially on countries whose budget is some dependence on Russia, among whom are Armenian. So, hardly Serjik return to his country with a full suitcase. By the way, apparently, he and most recently a tour of the Armenian diaspora in the world countries has returned with empty pockets, because most of the Armenian diaspora that does not support the establishment of the Turkish-Armenian relations, has not so affably met him.
Regarding the issue of any financial provision of Nagorno-Karabakh, which hungry Armenia aspires to take under the guardianship, then nothing positive is not expected. Well, on one side had a hungry beggar, Armenia, and in the other – staunchly transporting the global economic crisis of Azerbaijan.
It should be the same in the end, soberly ponder: How long can one live on handouts?

A lot of questions, arising from the process of the Turkish-Armenian rapprochement
10 October of this year in the Swiss city of Zurich between Turkey and Armenia have been signed a “Protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between two countries,” and “Protocol on development of mutual relations”, which caused an ambiguous reaction of various sectors of the world community.
Note that the reason for this process was the fact that, 16 years ago were frozen diplomatic relations and closed border between Turkey and Armenia. And the reason for this was the last aggressive policy against Azerbaijan and the occupation of it
