“The resolution was adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina on February 26 was the next successful step towards the international recognition of Khojaly massacre,” said Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov while commenting on the above-mentioned resolution, APA reports. “We estimate the international recognition of Khojaly massacre as an assessment to justice on the victims of the tragedy and highly appraise the resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina recognizing and condemning the massacre committed against Azerbaijanis in Khojaly.”
