Embassy of Turkey in Baku made a statement regarding secret talks of this country with Armenian diplomats.
Turkey has recognized Armenia as a state since 1991. “From time to time, there were contacts between the parties within this framework. The contacts among employees of the foreign ministries of two countries are among them”, press service of the embassy stated to APA. According to the embassy, different meanings shouldn’t be searched in the meetings of Armenian and Turkish diplomats.
