Ex-chair of the OSCE PA, Goran Lenmarker was appointed a representative of this organization on Armenian-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. New chairman of the OSCE, Joao Suares stated that Goran Lenmarker’s appointment is connected with the fact that he is closely acquainted with the conflicts in the OSCE region, primarily with Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Heretofore, Goran Lenmarker was a chairman of the OSCE PA. He worked out a special report on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict during his leadership.
