The essence of the Declaration is that the conflict may be settled by political ways. Naturally, settled conflicts must have theses and opportunities as well. The same theses and opportunities were underlined in the document.
Azerbaijan has built its policy based on the realities, development and national interests, spokesman to the AR Foreign Ministry stated. The conflict should be settled within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. The Declaration embraces this fact as well.
There are the norms and principles of the international law and, at the same time, the documents and decisions adopted within them. This position is invariable in all the international documents. That is, territorial integrity is the main principle.
