European Union’s attitude to Moscow Declaration

European Union’s attitude to Moscow Declaration France, which is presiding at the European Union, expressed its attitude to the Declaration signed by Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian Presidents in Moscow on November 2.

The Moscow Declaration was estimated by the European Union as a document easing tension and agitating for stability in the region, APA informs quoting the website of French Foreign Ministry. “The parties’ decision to continue talks grounded on the basic principles of Madrid proposals and strengthen political dialogue with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group will create a ground for finding a peaceful solution to the conflict”.
