Judgment on claims of Azerbaijani IDPs’ against Armenia will be passed soon in the European Court on Human Rights. Azerbaijani judge of the European Court on Human Rights, Khanlar Hajiyev stated that corresponding inquiry had already been sent to the parties. Khanlar Hajiyev emphasized that the European Court on Human Rights had received 500 complaints of Azerbaijani IDPs. As a result, the contacts were established with Armenian and Azerbaijani states over this fact and relevant questions were put before them. The issue is to be resolved soon.
