Armenia uses the mercenary military in the occupied Azerbaijani territories, basically in the opposite side of contact line with the Azerbaijani Army, the Second Army Force Commander, Maj.-Gen., Mahmud Hamzayev stated.
According to the reports, the low discipline and many other problems take place in the Armenian military units located in Nagorno-Karabakh and other occupied Azerbaijani regions, the Maj.-Gen. emphasized. “We cannot say that the spirit of the Armenian military is high, all the military there are mercenaries”.
The Army Force Commander emphasized that the Armenians, who violate the cease-fire from time to time, get strongly repulsed.
