The Moscow city government has reduced by one-third quota of labor migrants The quota for foreign labor force in Moscow in 2010 will be 250 thousand persons, a third less than in the current year, July 15, APA reports referring to “Interfax”. Netrebsky said that employers are generally managed by a desire to hire unpretentious workers who will go cheap. Oleg Netrebsky added that the city authorities were opposed to the displacement of jobs from Muscovites.
