“Though Russian co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group has been replaced, Russia’s position on Karabakh problem will not change,” new Russian co-chair Igor Popov told journalists, APA reports.
Noting that it was his first to Azerbaijan in capacity of co-chair, Igor Popov did not answer journalists’ questions.
The Russian diplomat said he will answer questions after he visits Armenia and has full impression.
