A man who shows intelligence is both interesting and strange happen. But if he is a provincial, then he has no value. In all cases, you can be sure in one: analyze of his skills in any situation will make your sad mood a bit happy. The only thing that it is impossible to refuse him, is his artistry that lets him adorn his nature, his natural narrow-mindedness with some snobbery, some aestheticism, some coyness and even some rebelliousness. And it makes him enigmatic for the people, who have the same character, but no artistry, but his chatter deceives him, and so as he knows his weakness, he prefers being calm, not interrupting conversations, smiling boastfully and grumbling indefinitely. Hostesses approach him with special respect and with secret fear, his work-mates never drink with him. He is always proudly when he goes for a walk, is invariable strict, folds on his forehead are the signs of hard labor, signs of working for one thing – not to be disgraced.
By the way, don’t try to make him laugh with anecdotes – he doesn’t accept these, as he generally doesn’t accept lightness. Also don’t try to inspire him with ideas about frailty, because he believes in his personal value without any hesitation. Reason of his permanent care, permanent headache is ambition. It boils from his all parts and causes unpleasant things for him. For guarantee of his personal ambition, he doesn’t recognize any borders and ready to suffer from all difficultness to achieve his aim. By the way, the swindlers who are informed of his weakness use this detail very skillfully, because you can do everything if you are familiar with his ambition. Yes, it is so: he is really good at the ambitious moments: he can laugh at anecdotes heartily, he can remember an interesting and funny moment of his life, and even can open his pouch and invite you to drinking champagne. So, if the fortune makes you meet with him at a party, trust his ambition, believe in this and you won’t lose. This is how a narrow-minded who shows provincial intelligence not depending on where he lives, what he is busy for and which Gods he obeys. Concretely, he is previous countryman, he isn’t also national, and he is also atheist. But only in his main characters, because depending on the atmosphere that surrounds him, typical features, universality is specific for him. On this point, as you know he was born in NGAR (Nagorno Karabakh Autonomy Republic), then his distinguishing character is to try to seem as a Western boy, a man from New World, concretely, as a man whom he imagines.
By the way, it should be noted that “Karabakh” ideologists didn’t notice this character, also used this very professionally. They inspired the vulgar who showed the provincial intelligence that if this “Karabakh” work won’t turn on, then his wife’s trousers will be made from French cloth, and he won’t need mulberry vodka, but any “Martini” to irritate his stomach before dinner. And if he has ability of painting or singing, then it will be inspired him with that his photos must be showed in Monmartr, secondly, the man who appreciates him lives near La-Scale or Grand-Opera. And he believed, because his hypertrophied ambition illness doesn’t allow him to estimate him clearly. After he believed this, he was thick supporter of the “Karabakh” ideologists. He was their supporter although he understood that he had enough sense for this – to walk through the people with bloody legs who stole his brain, it will be needed to by-pass unlimited tears and pains. But he isn’t concerned of the pain of other people, because he is a shallow and such shallows are cruel and poor-spirited. And on this point, he is same with his other spiritual brothers not depending on where they are from. But I must note for justice that he differs from his other brothers, and not by negative means. For example, there are places in the Caucasus where the shallows grow up and they, although they are relative with the karabaghians, strikes especially with them because they wouldn’t spend even a coin even if ambition kills them. Of course, so people go down in price after a little time, because gluttony destructs the fool. And the karabaghian who shows intelligence, can cause himself to spend money for the cloud. The proof is this story which I heard from a driver from Stepanakert.

Mythology continues…
And it continues with changing of the declared methods and untraditional ways of achieving the aims. All countries in the world were put in order at the source so: name of the fitting letter in alphabet, map, flag, description, climate, plant, history, and economics. There wasn’t found a place for New Armenia in the underlined alphabet. But the fact is that practically all countries of the world are remembered in the alphabet list, but not Armenia. There is no “A”-Armenia, “A”-Ancient Armenia, “N”-New Armenia, “R”-Republic of Armenia in the alphabet. There is only a big geographic map.
The creators left Armenia under “shadow” by unknown causes, in the history of the whole world which is noticed by all readers. Why is there such discrimination? But it was clear that there is no any discrimination and it wasn’t needed to try a lot for answer. The answer was clear after the explanation of the terminology “Copt church”: “…an old Christian church in Egypt. Followers of the Copt church contain five-ten percents of Egypt’s population. It was established at the very ancient times. Bones include this church to St.Marc’s times. The church is monophisit sect’s church (refuses human nature of Christ). On this basis Chalkidon, World-wide head-cathedral of the Christian churches declared it as absurd, and the church was separated from the other churches…”
The Armenian church is monophisit like Copt Church. It is clear that the creators didn’t include it in the alphabet list, filling this void incompletely, remembering of Armenia 15 times in the chapter of World-wide history, not to characterize it with the same unattractive description. We will stop on this chapter. And we will return to monophisits immediately.
This sect was spread in the Christianity at the place where church inheritance decided to toady to the Islamic leaders, showing their interpretation of the Christianity as familiar to the Islamic traditions. But the problem is that Pravoslav church, for example, characterize nature of Christ as God-man. Islamic rituals refuse the divine nature of Christ. Monophisists refuse human nature of Christ. And others (Muslims) and others (monophisists) refuse the double nature of Christ, being as like-minded. The same hierarchical of monophisist churchs in Armenia, Yaman, Mesopotamy, Egypt and other countries of islam caused conscious distortion of Christian dogmas, hoping the kindness of the Muslim leaders.
But let’s consider as if this wasn’t happened. Majority of the monophisist churchs (except of Ethiopia) disappeared from Muslim countries. Copts emigrated from Egypt to USA. Armenians spread all over the world, and their country was won by Turkey. All tracks of the ancient times and other whole tracks all were disappeared, like as under pressure of the situation their representatives had to receive Islam.
Let’s return to the World-wide history chapter. Asia, 1918. We read: “Armenia becomes an independent country”. It’s true. But why aren’t Azerbaijan and Georgia remembered? They also were independent in 1918 like Armenia. Let’s go ahead by chronological schedule and we find: “1894 – not far from the city Sasun the Turkish organize genocide and kill thousands of Armenians”. “1896 – The Turkish again kill thousands of Armenians”. We find 1915. There is no any information about terrible events which are estimated as genocide by major people. 1914? – Nothing… 1916? – Nothing. As if nothing happened in 1915 besides World War I. Didn’t the creators know anything about the horror in 1915, really? It is unbelievable. But they noticed the massacres in 1894 and 1896.

Armenians Seek Free Handouts from the Christian World
Americans came to rescue Armenia because Armenian-paid agents went to the United States, played the Christian versus Muslim race-ethnic card, and told stories about an imagined massacre to gain sympathy. Their scheme worked because these stories were not challenged by Muslims. There was no debating mechanism in place for Muslims to refute Armenian allegations. After all, Christian Armenians could not have lied, could they? The Armenian tall tales were bought by the Christian world hook, line, and sinker. Christian good will and good intentions were misused and abused by the Armenian paid agents.
Private American charitable organizations were established to aid the poor Armenians:
An influential group of missionaries, philanthropists, industrialists, and educators founded the American Relief Committee. The organization promptly collected 100,000 thousand dollars for supplies to be distributed by Armenian officials in Constantinople and Syria. As the magnitude of the Armenian tragedy was revealed, the Committee expanded its operations, uniting late in 1915 with relief groups for Syria and Persia into the Armenian and Syrian Relief. During the next two years a steady flow of money and supplies was used to succor Christian refugees – in the Near East, particularly destitute Armenians who had been moved to the arid plains of the Arab provinces (P 133-134 from the book of Hovannissian).
After the end of World War I, the American public was able to “renew and intensify relief operations…the Armenian and Syrian Relief, now operating as the American Committee for Relief in the Near East (ACRNE), launched a 30 million dollar campaign and in an unprecedented display of private charity succeed in raising nearly 20 million by the end of 1919” (P 134).
Hovannissian states: “Like nearly every country in Europe in 1919, Armenia stretched out an empty, open hand to the government of the United States. In a year when much of the world lay in ruins and was caught in the clutches of famine, the United States responded with more than a billion dollars in relief” (P 137). The Armenians learned all about the open American heart. Between the years of 1991 and 2001, the U.S. government gave 1.4 billion dollars in foreign aid to Armenia. This is perhaps more per capita than to any other nation on earth. This vast American taxpayer fortune given to Armenia was no accident. This gift was the result of a tiny but very loud Armenian lobby of the U.S. government.
How much of these 1.4 billion dollars flowed back into the United States to buy the services of secret Armenian agents who worked to get even more American taxpayer dollars for their little country? Armenia continues to refuse repay a red cent back to the United States for the loans it obtained in 1919. The Armenians seem to have mastered the techniques of panhandling, because it is easier to ask for and get money from the United States than to try to establish an industry in Armenia.
“Immediately after the armistice with Germany in 1918, the United States Food Administration shipped cargo after cargo to European shores, and Herbert Hoover sailed to France to direct the postwar relief operations of the American agencies” (P 137).

Unlucky historical crime of Armenians
F. Khoyski, famous statesman of Azerbaijan was killed 90 years ago
Armenian history is full of their various kinds of crimes, committed by the members of Armenian terrorist organizations, officials or ordinary Armenians. 90 years ago, in June, 1920 one of the historical Armenian crimes was committed.
Famous Azerbaijani statesman Fatali khan Khoyski with another famous statesman Khalil bey Khasmammadov were walking through opera theatre and ballet named by Paliashvili in Tiflis city on 19 June, 1920. Suddenly there was an armed attack to them and Khoyskiy was killed, Khasmammadov was seriously wounded as the result. Then it was clear who the authors of the crime were: they were members of the Armenian terrorist party “Dashnaksutyun” – Aram Erkanyan and Misak Grigoryan.
F. Khoyski’s name, his useful activities are enough famous to the Azerbaijani community. But aiming to inform a big amount of non-Azerbaijani readers of our newspaper, we consider necessary to answer the possible question of that crowd: who is Fatali khan Khoyski and why did Armenians need to kill him?
Fatali khan Alexander oglu (Alexander’s son) Khoyski was born on November 25, 1875 in the Azerbaijani city Shaki. His father was from Khoy city in southern Azerbaijan (present territory of Persia – G.Z.), and “Khoski” surname is connected with the city. Fatali khan graduated law faculty of Moscow State University with certificate of first degree. After juridical activity continuing for several years, Khoyski was elected as deputy of State Duma of Russian Empery after the second call of Elizabeth province.
Khoyski was elected as a member of Temporary executing committee of National Muslim soviet created in Baku and took an active part in organization and activity of Caucasus-wide congress of Muslims.
There was declared independent Caucasus federative republic on April 22, 1918, where F. Khoyski was Minister for Justice. There was organized an extraordinary gathering of the Azerbaijani fraction on May 27, which declared itself as Azerbaijani national soviet and took the responsibility of controlling the country. On May 28, at the first meeting of the Soviet there was decided to proclaim Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan (DRA) solemnly at the territories of the Southern and Eastern Caucasus and the declaration of independency of Azerbaijan was spread. National Soviet (NS) chose F. Khoyski as leader of the first red tape of Azerbaijan by common consent and charged him with formation of cabinet.
Ending the initial organizational measures about creation of new government, NS and red tape of Azerbaijan came to Ganja on June 16, 1918. F. Khoyski was charged with formation of new red tape.
Fatali khan was Minister for Justice besides Premier Minister at the second state cabinet. He noted that the main mission of the head executing office of the state is to strengthen the liberty and independency of Azerbaijan at his lecture about new government program.
It should be noted that it was very critical periods in the history of the state, we can say that there was answered the question “live or die”. But F. Khoyski and his other companions could save the administration of Azerbaijan, keeping it safe from many attacks and fraud ideas.
Caucasus Islamic army, consisting of Turkish and Azerbaijani parts, arrived at Baku on September 15, 1918, and the leader of DRA came here on September 17 and the city was declared as capital. On November 9, 1918, after the lecture of Fatali khan, the red tape received three colored state flag of the Republic. During existing of DRA F. Khoyski had high posts in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, chief of Soviet of Ministers, military minister, minister for foreign affairs. And he worked at all these places tirelessly, bore the responsibilities with honor and properly, continued active political activities, participated as a deputy in the solution of different political and financial-economical problems. Besides that, Fatali khan took the most active part at preparation and holding of Caucasus congresses dedicated to regulation of external arguments among the states of the region.
On January 12, 1920 High soviet of the states of Antanta recognized de-facto independent Azerbaijan state. In the middle of April of the same year Russian XI Red Army moved towards borders of Azerbaijan. On April 15 minister for foreign affairs F. Khoyski sent a note to the soviet red tape of Russia showing his anxiety about safeness of the borders of Azerbaijan. But this note wasn’t answered. In the morning of April 27 Russian armies crossed the borders and started to move towards Baku. In the evening of the same day Azerbaijani parliament had to make a decision about giving the control to the communists. F. Khoyski went to Tiflis after the fall of DRA.
But his works weren’t going in order, he had a lot of opponents, and majority of them were from Armenia. Khoyski had to spend time and nerve often to repulsing of these attacks. Sometimes he wanted to leave policy. But the great feeling of responsibility before his nation made him return to pay off his duties. And he often said his idea which he obeyed: “You have to know that independency of Azerbaijan is surrounded by dangers every minute. You have to know that the period is so… We can lose our liberty, and Azerbaijan won’t be ours”.
Khoyski had to pay attention to many questions at all jobs, and the most important among the questions was about territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. The biggest danger was from Armenia at that time. Anger and determination were felt in his letter which he sent to Mamad Amin Rasulzadeh in Istanbul on July 31, 1918: “Armenia doesn’t calm, punish Muslims both there and here, their villages and inhabitants… We don’t decide anything for the present as we are completely busy for Baku problems, and as soon as this operations end with the help of the God, then I hope we will be able to stop the unfit motion of Armenians.”
And at the conclusion having responsible posts or being just a deputy, Fatali khan directed all his power to repulse Armenian aggression and remove the possible continuation of the aggression in the future. At his talking with English general Thomson on May 7, 1919 Khoyski categorically expressed his opinion about giving Nakhchivan to Armenia and openly proclaimed that Azerbaijan would never be agree with this, as wouldn’t allow the propensity of Armenians to Karabakh.
About the Armenian revolts in Karabakh, there was proclaimed at the note directed to Ministery of Foreign Affairs on April 5, 1920 to high commissars of the union states written by Khoyski: “Red tape of Azerbaijan, responsible for the fortune of nation, was obliged to execute its sacred duty and receive urgent measures by the pressure of the rebellion, organized by a group of preconceived figures causing danger for liberty and even existing of the state”.
Khoyski always called Armenian side to constructivism and prudence in the problem of peaceful solution of the conflict with Armenia. Khoyski addressed the English general Thomson with anger and implacably, who closed his eyes to provocation of the representative of England, general Denikin and Armenian bandits in Baku. He wrote in his letter which he sent on February 25, 1919: “According to the existing facts, great changes have happened in Baku which is unbearable for interests of the state and dignity of controllers. Representatives of Volunteer’s army Prjevalski and Erdeli collect groups, sell weapons to the collected groups, hold military trainings, concretely, there is held strengthened preparation of military regiments. On the other side, Armenian statesmen including Amazasp, whose lives were spent in massacre of Muslim population of Azerbaijan, make lists of Armenians who are able to carry gun, they group, arm and organize them, create also armed groups… Because of the underlined facts of the red tape I can request insistently… to show activities for blocking all collection and formation of different volunteer and Armenian armed groups and taking out all organizations of Volunteer’s army and Amazasp with his companions from the Azerbaijani lands”.
Fatali khan realized absolutely well that the main danger of the liberty of Azerbaijan comes from Soviet Russia. He categorically refused commissar by foreign affairs of Russia Chicherin’s striving and suggested to restore equal in right relations between the two countries. He wrote at the note on February 5, 1920: “Azerbaijan’s red tape, considering necessary and expedient the restoration of neighborhood relations between Russian and Azerbaijani nations, finds that all negotiations about this and other problems can be realized only if Soviet controllers recognize the liberty and sovereignty of Azerbaijan Republic.”
Clearly, irreconcilability against the frauds of Armenians, fights for deleting the new-existing democratic red tape of the republic, being against the works of DRA and serving for hate against F. Khoyski, was the reason of his killing.
F. Khoyski lived short life, but this life was light, writing with golden letters his name to chronicle of his native land. He served for Azerbaijan and was one of the creators of this country.
Baroness Cox – self-sacrificer of armenianism
Surely, there are representatives, faces of non-Armenian nationality which are ready to die for Armenians by many reasons and so called “Armenian work” that consists of the utopian plan of creation of “Great Armenia” “from sea to sea”. Among them we can see even those who can give their life as a sacrifice for Armenians, and you can just be in shock.
One of the most famous self-sacrificers among these is Caroline Cox or Caroline Ann Cox as people call her in Great Britain. This Mrs. Cox is a member and previous vice-speaker of Britain House of Lords, chief of Armenian-Britain parliament group since 1992, and wastes herself on the way of Karabakh by unknown reasons (God knows which unknown relations connect the Mrs. with Armenians) for more than twenty years. Imagine that the underlined lady had been to Mountainous Karabakh (MK) even to each quarter for 70 times (!) during this time. Even the starters of the Mountainous Karabakh separatist regime Kocharyan, Sarkisyan, Balayan, Kaputikyan and other “famous” separatists wasn’t in MK so many times! It seems the congressman Frank Pallone called her as “original Armenian nationalist, ready to give her life as a sacrifice for Armenia and Karabakh” not by chance. So, there is really a secret connecting the lady with representatives of “the most ancient”, “the most civil”, concretely, “the most-most” nation.
By the way, “jubilee” visit of 73 years old self-sacrificers of armenianism which was happened in the beginning of July of the previous year, was celebrated in MK very grandiloquently, there was organized a solemn meeting showing the photo-slide “Britain” in Khankendi (Stepanakert), there were given different memorial gifts to her and members of the delegation leading by her. It should be noted that in 2006 Cox was rewarded with the medal Mchitar Gosha of Armenia for “remarkable governmental and public-political activities, also useful labors in the regions of diplomacy, jurisprudence and politics”, in 2008 awarded with Medal of Memorial of Primer Minister of Armenia, for 60th visit to NK and Order of Honor of the president of Armenia on 16 September 2009 for “noticeable personal deposit for strengthening and increasing of the relations between Armenia and Britain”.
We have to note for justice that the often visits of Mrs. Cox don’t get limited with ordinary visits or below mentioned humanitarian supports. She always is around Karabakh separatists. Establishment of rehabilitation center in Khankendi (Stepanakert) – is one of the real results of her tireless efforts.
No, we, certainly, aren’t interested in number of visits of the woman in love to Armenians Mrs. Cox, also her Armenian rewards, although we are same to such a clear fact that this woman crossed the state borders of Azerbaijan nearly for 70 times, committing a crime according to legislation of the state.
Besides of the mentioned fact, we are touched by ill-breeding of this lady more, different anti-Azerbaijan considerations and statements, so impudent, shameless, and so tendentious and baseless.
Usually, direct part of Cox’s Armenian speeches is praise of “favorite nation” and armenizated Azerbaijani lands: “I am glad to declare that this is my 70th visit to the region. And each time visiting Karabakh I get blessings”; “I inform you of the high estimation of the position of Armenia in the international community by regulation of the problem with the neighbor countries by means of negotiations and cooperation”; “Truth is the strongest weapon by your side”; “Manhood and braveness let you gain the historical victory during war. And today we’re glad for how you construct and renovate the country. And I always talk about the Armenian nation that you don’t just exist, but also born from ash and create new life”; “Witnessing many new-buildings and ancient monuments, you can be sure that Armenian nation is the host of this country and hasn’t to compromise it to somebody” e.t.c. And it stands clear the secret intention of the anti-Azerbaijani propaganda: “The original aggressor in this war is Azerbaijan”; “Azerbaijan tried to make genocide against Karabakh’s population…” and so alike things. Caroline also speaks philosophically, warns Armenians, gives advice, directs them: “It is necessary to answer adequately to the increased war of information by Azerbaijan, Armenian Diaspora should participate more actively in the process of objective introduction of Mountainous Karabakh and Karabakh problem in the world”; “It is needed to raise a question about that Azerbaijan tried to commit genocide against Karabakh’s population. It is also needed to demonstrate the crimes against Armenians in Marag, Sumgait, Baku e.t.c. to the world more actively. These are crimes against humanity”; “The international community must know that Armenians aren’t the aggressors, but victims”; “Discreet reaction of Armenians to the active fraud politics of Azerbaijan gives it a chance to confuse the international community often”… Love to Armenians closed this lady’s eyes so that she didn’t see even one of many facts of torture by Armenians against Azerbaijanis like as Khojali genocide that was confessed by Armenians themselves.
Tireless lady Cox achieved at last the discussion of the problem of “genocide against Armenians” in House of Lords in England in March of the present year, where was suggested to recognize “genocide of Armenians” and declare April 24 in England as “memorial day of genocide against Armenians”. Opening the meeting, the baroness Cox noted that “each non-recognized genocide makes condition for commitment of new ones”. She exposed the English government to critics, not recognizing the “genocide”, and then underlined that “in 1991Azerbaijan attacked Armenians who lived in Karabakh, which was repetition of the events of 1915”. Lord Avebar, author of explanations to the book “Blue book”, dealing with “genocide of Armenians”, supported Cox in his speech. But Lord Hilton stated that the events of 1915 are terrible, but to call them as “genocide” isn’t right. Lord Maginnis openly made a statement against “genocide of Armenians”. He noted that these were happened hundred years ago: “We don’t need to discuss events happened hundred years ago, happened at times of fall of Ottoman empery, making Karabakh tragedy for Armenians”. Lord noted that as the result of the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenians, million Azerbaijanis are refugees and internally displaced persons. Maginnis noted: “England has to remember about that Kamal Ataturk in 1922 put Turkey on the new way. Since then Turkey was our partner, and it have been continuing for 90 years. For my mind, we shouldn’t push aside the Turkish brothers”. Lord Kilkuni stated that thousands of the Azerbaijanis were killed by Armenians. He reminded of that in 1915 thousands of Armenians were victims like the Turkish: “It is false to support the statement about “genocide”. Noting that he considers the events of 1915 as tragedy and regrets about these happens, the state minister, baroness Kinnok said that England will support the normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey till the end: “English government won’t make statements which can harm the normalization of relations between these countries. Presidents of Turkey and Armenia support the plan of creation of commission of historians connected with research of these events. There are no juridical moments allowing to make a decision considering the events of 1915 as “genocide” truly”. At these conditions the problem was rejected without giving it to elections. Nalbandyan’s fresh twaddle
It is impossible to call otherwise the twaddle demonstrated by the Minister for foreign affairs of Armenia which he said in one of his interviews. But it is clear that the diplomat, representing the country-occupant as Armenia, has to escape from the situation using different kinds of allowed and non-allowed political tricks and ways. But it is too much to lead it to the level of boast and to abuse his drivels.
But this is a common thing for the controllers of Armenia. They have got accustomed to introduce the black as white and other way round. Recently minister for foreign affairs of Armenia Edvard Nalbandyan next time demonstrated his “abilities” of boasting during his interview to the edition PROFIL. Now we will show you how it is to be witness of this talking.
Mr. Nalbandyan, touching the process of normalization of relations with Turkey, introduced his country as a perfect angel and accused the Turkish side in paralysis of the process: “Position of Armenia in the process of normalization of relations with Turkey is the same with the position of the international community: ratification of the protocols and their realization must be done without any condition and at the possible time, – said the minister. – Relations between Armenia and Turkey were at the bottom while the president of Armenia Serj Sarkisyan invited the Turkish partner to visit Armenia. As the result of hardly negotiations which longed for several months, there was appeared noticeable progress in the relations of the two countries – protocols by establishment of diplomatic relations were signed, opening general borders and increasing the two-sided relations. Armenian side started the process with ratification of the received procedure, at that time Turkish side sent the protocols to parliament, and has been already blocking the ratification process”. He added: “We will be ready for moving towards if our Turkish colleges are ready to move towards too and stabilize the relations without any conditions”.
Yes, don’t be satisfied without any explanation to the minister’s lies. At first, the international community hadn’t put and can’t put any requirement to the mentioned in the form of Nalbandyan, this is just an Armenian wish demonstrated as reality. Secondly, this isn’t the result of attempts of Armenia that the negotiation process was held and the protocols were signed as Nalbandyan wants to demonstrate it so, this is the result of cooperated labor of international organizations and some countries, and Turkey’s official suggestion about creation of research center by the historical events of 1915-1923 was categorically refused by Armenian side. Thirdly, Nalbandyan’s statement about as if Armenia was ready with great pleasure to ratify the protocols, but Turkey “had just sent the protocols to parliament and had been blocking their ratification process for 9 months”, is an obvious lie and slander. It is clear to the whole world that Turkey sent the protocols to parliament for ratification without any hesitation. But this process was received in Armenia very badly and the ratification was refused in the state level.
About the reason of non-ratification of the protocols that is Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict – it is a special question. Armenian side, a spoiled long-playing gramophone record, repeats again and again: the protocols must be ratified without any conditions. And Turkey must avoid from requiring the freeing of the occupied Azerbaijani lands. You see, it isn’t needed to touch the lowness done by Armenians, it is needed to realize their insistence and baseless wishes, as if they are a special kind of nation fell down from the sky. And that’s why they can put conditions – to open Turkish-Armenian borders without any conditions, and the Turkish can’t require from them to get away from the strange lands occupied by them. Oh, how clever and good they are!
“Some representatives of Turkish regions didn’t relinquish Ottoman empery’s merciless and racialist ways. The proof is the recent statement of premier-minister of Turkey Radjab Tayyib Ardogan about the possibility of extracting thousands of Armenians who live in this country illegally”, – Nalbandyan said furiously. And he continued: “In 1914-1915 the genocide of Armenians started with the same statements. Then, at the end of XX century, massacres, extraction of Armenian population from Azerbaijan were accompanied with such racialist statements”. Is it possible to stay without any reaction to this infamy? At first, since when it is considered as racism to extract illegal habitants from any country’s territory? Secondly, it is factually affirmed that there is no any decision about the extraction of Armenians in 1914-1915, there was only extraction of Armenians from the active fight lines during the Second World War, the reason about which there are many facts of delivery of Armenians to their country and their transition to Russia where was fighting against Turkey. And there wasn’t committed any genocide against Armenians, there were many corpses including Armenians, the Turkish and many other people of different nations living in the country, and this is characteristic for war-time. And at last, about the Nalbandyan’s stupidity of “massacre and extraction of Armenian population of Azerbaijan”. This slanderer-minister knows perfectly that all massacres and extraction of the Azerbaijani habitants were started in Armenia and Mountainous Karabakh before. And then Armenians started to leave their settlements in Baku, Sumgait and other cities and regions of Azerbaijan. Yes, Armenians left Azerbaijan because they were afraid that the refugee-Azerbaijanis could revenge them as the answer of the crime committed against them. Nobody extracted them, if it wasn’t so then how more than 30 thousands Armenians live even only in Baku at the present time? One cannot but ignore occasional robberies of Armenian houses and their killings, and majority of them were committed by Armenians themselves, for example, Eduard Grigoryan in Sumgait.
We don’t want the readers to be bored with Nalbandyan’s stupidity. But it is impossible to be indifferent to the next slander of the shameless minister. In the underlined interview Mr. Nalbandyan said: “Armenia hasn’t stated anything about territorial claims”. It is absolutely ridiculous. And his lie words cause an objective question: “Whom Armenia didn’t declare territorial claims?”
Historic facts about Garabagh
(beginning in the previous issues)
During the period of rule of Azerbaijan state of Sefevids (1501-1736) the local self-administration structures were abolished and a beylerbeklik – new administrative-territorial unit had been created. One of such territorial units was Garabagh beylerbeklik. Garabagh beylerbeklik consisted of 7 sanjaks and 36 nahiye, i.e. there were no intention to create any self-administration structure. This was in force until the first half of XVIII century. Starting from that time the Russian Government had been manipulating by Christian population of Azerbaijan to reach its own goals. This policy was initiated by tsar Peter I, who did not hide his policy of expansionism continued also after his death. Russian rulers made attempts to show Albans-Grigorians living in mountain part of Garabagh as Armenians and encouraged them to adopt this. But those ancient people of Azerbaijan did not display a desire to change its name.
After collapse of state of Sefevids (1736) and short period of rule of Nadir shah, tense and very complicated political situation dominated in Azerbaijan. Nadir shah also made use of Alban meliks in his own political aims. Structures of self-administration in mountain part of Garabagh were revived. In Khachin kingdom there were created 5 new structures of self-administration – melikliks. Nadir shah had an intention to use these meliks in order to weaken the influence of famous Turkic dynasties of Garabagh and break down the resistance of those, who refused to recognize him as shah. Of those new five structures of self-administration the Dizakh meliklik was established by Melik Yegan, who arrived from territory of modern Armenia, Varand meliklik – by melik Shahnazaryan from territory of modern Armenia, Khachin meliklik – by Hasan Jalal, local Alban, Chileberd meliklik – by melik Allahgulu and Talysh meliklik – by melik Usub from the village Nij of Gabala region (today Albans-Udins are living in indicated village). Only rulers of Khachin kingdom had belonged to local Alban population, the others moved into Garabagh from other places. No one of those moved in there was Armenian, they had Moslem names, communicated only with Turkic-Moslem population and adhered their traditions and rituals.
After death of Nadir shah the activity of meliks significantly weakened. But some foreign and domestic forces started to use them against ruler of Garabagh – Panah Khan and later against Ibrahim khan. Representatives of Russian government in Tiflis invited meliks there and gave them instructions and orders for activity to weaken Garabagh khanate. Russian government used all means to assure them that they are not the Turks-Albans, but Christian Armenians. Russia pursued the aim to expand Christianity in Garabagh and create here the Christian state. The idea seemed attractive for meliks also and that is why they are readily implemented instructions of Russians. Several attempts to assassin Ibrahim khan failed. So, Ibrahim khan was forced to imprison all meliks and their katalikos. Later some of them broke from imprisonment and started the open struggle against Garabagh khanate.
It can be seen that from the XVIII century the desire of Albans, which adopted Grigorianity, to find powerful supporters of the same religion and Russia’s intention to take over the control over South Caucasus region totally coincided. Russia did not hide its plans to create at least a small Christian state, outpost in Garabagh for its further use against Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran.

Martyr hero of the martyr city
Martyrs are those who die in the struggle for a just cause, to defend their Native land. Khojaly city of Azerbaijan Republic is often called martyrs. Because he died battling with the enemy-invader. Together with him, hundreds of residents of the Khojaly town of Azerbaijani became martyrs, including several awarded-the highest rank of the republic…
Bahadir Araz oglu Selimov – one of those natives of martyr city. He was born June 1, 1960 in the town of Khojaly, and if not for the Karabakh war, launched by Armenia against Azerbaijan, in this June, he would have celebrated his 50 year old anniversary. But could not, more truly, the war begun by the artful enemy, has deprived of his legitimate right…
After graduating technical training college and received a trade of the tractor operator, Araz has worked some time in a collective-farm economy, and in 1978 has been called on the valid military service in the ranks of the former Soviet Army which has taken place in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia. Having returned in 1980 in their homes, he began working as a tractor driver in the district milk vegetable farm.
Since 1988, an undeclared and unjust war against Azerbaijan begun by Armenia and Araz forced to take up arms. After all, he could not stand aside when his homeland is in danger when his innocent countrymen, women, children and old people were killed. In 1990 Selimov enlisted in Khojaly self-defense units, consisting of those same patriots as Araz. From the earliest days, he distinguished himself by his courage, fearlessness. Being able machine gunner, he gave a decent answer each provocative sortie of Armenians. Wherever there were the most fierce fighting, Araz certainly is there. As an excellent gunner, he knocked out more than one enemy military equipment, laid down many Armenian armed bandits. His courage and bravery Araz served as an example for his comrades in battle.
In that fateful February night, when the joint Armenian-Russian forces, accompanied by heavy machinery of 366th Russian motorized-infantry regiment attacked from all sides of Khojaly and subjected the city’s population this genocide, that is destroyed it, without distinguishing between women, children, elderly, Araz up the last bullet had fought with the enemy and was rescued from the apparent death of dozens of unarmed people.
Armenians have noticed for a long time this brave Azerbaijani and searched an opportunity to destroy it. Things has reached that the enemy party has created special group for A.Selimov’s tracing. This group as a result of long shadowing eventually could define a location of Araz. Armenian armed gangsters took wounded Selimov together with his brother Fakhraddin. And then before eyes of juvenile children have killed, exhausted him and Fakhraddin with the most severe beating by armature. By the way, their father Bahadir too became martyr during the Khojaly event.
Araz was the father of one boy and two girls…
On February 25, 1997, Araz Bahadur oglu Salimov was posthumously conferred the honorary title of the National Hero of Azerbaijan by the decree of the President of Azerbaijan.

20 June – World Refugee Day
The next day of grief and such pitiful child of the UN
One of these days the traditional annual message of UN Secretary-General on the occasion of 20 June – World Refugee Day, that is, the next day of grief for words the refugee or the internally displaced persons, include the hardest burden of some concepts, such as exile, torture, homeless, the poor and many other deprivations has been published.
In the message, nothing different from babble of the powerless child helplessly begging surrounding to help in something, Mr. Ban Ki-moon has noted: “On this observance of World Refugee Day, we must note a troubling trend: the decline in the number of refugees who are able to go home. In 2005, more than a million people returned to their own country on a voluntary basis. Last year, only 250,000 did so – the lowest number in two decades. The reasons for this include prolonged instability in Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo and southern Sudan”. Further in the message of the Secretary-General it is told: The theme of this year’s observance — “Home” — highlights the plight of the world’s 15 million refugees, more than three-quarters of them in the developing world, who have been uprooted from their homes by conflict or persecution”.
Referring to difficult living conditions of people of the given category in cities of developing countries, the Secretary-General, said: “As these cities continue to experience spectacular growth, refugees are among their most vulnerable residents. They must struggle for the most basic services: sanitation, health and education. The impact of the global financial and economic crisis only increases the threat of marginalization and destitution”.
And then, as usual, in a message are instructions classified as “we have” ended template “must intensify our efforts to resolve conflicts so that refugees can return home” and calls such as “let’s make that”.
Yes, over one million here those compelled to leave the houses because of conflicts or prosecutions – Azerbaijanis though the given fact is never mentioned in the annual appeal of the UN Secretary-General. Let’s remind that as a result of the so-called “Armenian movement” for the appropriation of Azerbaijani lands, occupied one fifth of Azerbaijani territory, killing over 20,000 citizens of this country, hundreds of thousands have been wounded, maimed, captured or missing, destroyed about 900 human settlements, destroyed the entire infrastructure, all the historical, cultural and architectural monuments, social objects, personal properties of many people and public property, overground and underground resources of the Azerbaijani people were plundered, more than a million people became refugees and internally displaced persons, deprived of irreversible and irretrievable moral and material values and the condition.
Why we with such a negative tone came at the very beginning of the article’s message to UN Secretary-General on the occasion of World Refugee Day? There is, of course, is the reason. After all, if the organization is considered the most influential in today’s world, incapable of any effective measures to eliminate international issues, conflict resolution, if it can not be put in place any country of the occupier, by virtue of his mythic aspirations of annexing the lands of others, or country-hooligan, vandalized shell ships with humanitarian cargo to whom it is similar then this organization except as on pity the child?
22 years ago, Armenia has exposed his true inside a barbarian, a predator, the aggressor, the occupier, expel all the Azerbaijanis, the original inhabitants of this country, brought into play the mechanism of destruction of Muslim nationality, the beginning of an undeclared war against Azerbaijan and occupied 20 percent of its territory. 17 years ago, the Security Council (SCUN) of the UN adopted 4 resolutions – the 822, 853, 874 and 884 in which condemned the occupation and is required to withdraw the armed forces from occupied Azerbaijani territories. In the subsequent time other decisions and resolutions as have been accepted by UN agencies, and as other international organizations. But for now, all these resolutions are remain inactive, and became simply useless paper. Over one fifth of Azerbaijani territory currently remain under the Armenian occupation, Armenia continues to behave provocatively, as the saying goes, throws a glove around the world and no one can give to them a dressing- down.
In this case, how to be these people, driven from their homes, subjected to in the XXI century to the wandering life, who can not return to his home, visit the graves of loved ones? People die with the words “want to native places”, the new generation of the population expelled from those places has even no representation about a native land of their parents, and young people feel the moral suffering from the status of “refugee” or “displaced person”. Hundreds of thousands of people, once experienced the bitterness of the war imposed on Armenia and now live in stressful from probability of renewal of military operations conditions. How long can continue this tension? What should we do? Begin a war? But all the international structures categorically reject the military option to resolve the conflict. Then why no one will call for routine Armenia, dragging our world to a real catastrophe to further bloodshed? It’s clear that no country in the world would ever accept the occupation of their territories, including Azerbaijan, and it at any cost will win own earths.
So, in eternal perpetual frenzy conditions of Armenia and long indifference of the international community to the problem, Azerbaijan remains the only way to liberate their lands from Armenian occupation. Irrespective of the fact how the United Nations and other international organizations will concern it.
Armenia again rattles with the saber
And, it seems, not without pitting “senior brothers”
In this May executed 16 years since the signing between Armenia and Azerbaijan Bishkek agreement on coming into force of the ceasefire. But we can say that over time was not even 16 quiet days at the contact line of Armenian-Azerbaijani forces.
Frequent violations of the ceasefire by the Armenian armed forces from time to time are replaced by bombardments lasting many hours or attacks to the Azerbaijani positions. As a result of such attacks over the past 16 years, hundreds military men of the Armed Forces (AF) of Azerbaijan, civilians in settlements near the front-line area, including many women, children and elderly are killed. A recently Armenian AF became more intense. So, in the night from 18th to the 19th June they, once again violating the ceasefire, launched an offensive near the Garakhanbeily and Ashagi Abdulrahmanly villages of Fizuli region, and from 20th to the 21st of June – in the direction of the Chyle village of Terter district, Mirzahagverdiler, Yukhary Giyameddinli villages of Agjabedy district, Tapgaragoyunlu village of Geranboy district. As a result of these operations Azerbaijan military men Mubariz Ibragimov and Elgun Shukurov was killed, injured, and suffered heavy losses as the Armenian side.
Let’s notice by the way that the next military provocation of Armenia is not casual, and it conducts this policy continuously. And that is not casual that these attacks of the Armenian armed formations were made immediately after a tripartite meeting of presidents of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in St.-Petersburg. It is considered that the order about violation of the ceasefire on a contact line has followed directly from the Serj Sarkisyan who has remained unsatisfied from the St.-Petersburg meeting. Sarkisyan’s and nalbandyan’s statements too prove it. And the reason is clear: Armenia does not have interest in settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, existing position satisfies he as he by aggression has achieved wished, anyway, it seems so. That’s why, various ways tries to interfere with the peace resolution of conflict, bringing thereby to nothing the activity of the Minsk Group (MG) of OSCE and other international organizations.
In such situation causes extreme surprise is indifferent-contemplate position of the MG: incredibly, what it does not see this and if sees, then why co-chairmen of MG – the USA, Russia and France do not undertake effective measures? Really not clearly, what frequent collisions on the front lines accompanied by human victims can pour out in more local form and it can cause conflict escalation in war? Armenia in every possible way creates such conditions: only within last month Armenia AF 101 times broke a cease-fire, subjecting to bombardment of a position of Azerbaijan. It came to that Armenians once opened fire even by the OSCE monitoring mission, where there was Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the operating chairman of OSCE.
For all this, leaving itself aside, Armenia puts forward Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) and the existing separatist regime there, that is, wants to say that until it is nothing, saying that the problem exists between NK and Azerbaijan. But if this is indeed so, then please telling us what soldiers, citizens of Armenia are doing in NK and other occupied territories of Azerbaijan? And this – repeatedly confirmed fact: all the soldiers taken prisoner of an opposite side have appeared citizens of Armenia. Most of the dead and wounded in a shooting on June 19 and 21 Armenian soldiers are also citizens of Armenia. Moreover, Armenia is impudently rattles with the saber, its leadership is trying to accuse of violating the ceasefire of Azerbaijan. Here, for example, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Evard Nalbandian has reached such degree of impudence that, expressing of opinion on last incidents on a contact line, he said: “Azerbaijan went to an open provocation! .. Baku is trying to break negotiations”. Why such nonsense is not right, even an ordinary official, not to mention the country’s senior foreign ministry official. Shooting, about which there is a speech occurred not on the Armenian and on the occupied Azerbaijani territories. And then, where is heard that country, whose lands are occupied, tries to break the negotiations?
This absurd statement of mister Nalbandian irritated even Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for South Caucasus, who noted that the incident showed that the situation at the contact line tension and can easily get out of control. European officials suggested that E. Nalbandian handpick expression: “Attentive selection of words obviously is useful in terms of creating the necessary conditions for negotiations”.
Meanwhile, his anxiety in connection with the armed incident in the area of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict also is expressed by the OSCE Chairman Kanat Saudabayev and co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group.
But it seems that the Armenians pock their nose not willfully, and they are eternally set on guardianship over them “older brothers” and the various structures operating in the care of the latter. For example, such as the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). If you remember in a previous issue of our newspaper, we have led a strange and groundless statement of the leader of this organization of Nikolai Bordyuzha that, they say that if Armenia introduced any danger from Azerbaijan, the CSTO would side with the first. Now, another representative of the organization – someone Ramil Latypov, director of the International Information Support Centre of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (IISC CSTO), interceded for the “younger brothers”. Grown furious from the statements of the Armenian expert Araik Sarkisyan on Russia’s role in the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement, Mr. Latypov said: “…the invasion of Azerbaijan on June 18 diversionary group on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh is accurately planned by the West countries, first of all the NATO states, the provocation directed on discredit of a role of Russia on Southern Caucasus”. You see, sitting in Moscow, Armenian friend with some of their supernatural senses found that the incident on the contact line of the Armenian-Azerbaijani forces is occurred just the fault of the Azerbaijani side, “diversionary group” which “invaded” “in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh”, then is, “foreign territory”. This slanderous-blackmailer even made a “great discovery” of the causes of non-aggression of Azerbaijan and Turkey on Armenia and “NKR”: “Armenian and Russian analysts know that thanks to friendly and allied relations between Russia and Armenia, and Armenia’s membership in the CSTO and presence in the Russian military base in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey can not afford full-scale military operations against Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Thus, Russia and the CSTO provide a balance of forces in the Caucasus region, preventing destructive external forces to create the South Caucasus, the second “Arab-Israeli conflict””. In short, Latypov wants to once again point out that, you know, Russia stands up for Armenia and NK and “does not create destructive external forces in the South Caucasus, the second “the Arab-Israeli conflict”. Clearly, someone has a view of this twaddler under the term “destructive external forces”, but it is not clear, for the sake of a payoff, he reversed the recipients destructive. And then, what it for “balance of forces” when its favorite Armenia holds the one fifth part of the Azerbaijan territories under occupation?
I remember, and other nonsense of the same prattler on a surname Latypov type “Karabakh is not necessary to Baku,” “The Azerbaijani people do not need and never needed in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, moreover, that there was no historical preconditions” or “The Azerbaijani government has taken a consistent position – war to victory by mistake or for some other reason. Victory, which can not be!” told in an interview to the “Erkramas” newspaper of Armenians of Russia.
Meanwhile, in press there was information that in general in the CSTO is no person by the name of Ramil Latypov, such as scribbles with this signature written Armenians. Incidentally, it seems, it – a plausible information, as too ridiculous is seen as a “Tartar” so “bravely” stood up for the Armenians. And then, it seems, in the structure of the CSTO subdivision does not appear under the name of IISC.
Well, let stirs who wants, even though will be thousands sarkisyans, nalbandyans, bordyuzhas, some kind of latypovs, Azerbaijan to release all its occupied lands! Necessary that takes good note of Armenians, and all of their “brothers”.

Armenia has run into a deep debt hole where itself rolled up and whence hardly can get out easily and soon.

Now such vast object of debt load of Armenia, that there is no even a scanty hope was formed to get out from under it.
According to the information, the external debt of Armenia increased in the first quarter of current year by 0,5 % and has reached 2,981 billion dollars. Approximately 70% of the total debt in Armenia was owed to international financial organizations. The greatest influence on volume of an external debt was rendered by credits of the party of the International Currency Fund (IMF) – 823 million dollars, the World Bank – 545 million dollars and Russia – 500 million dollars. The external debt of Armenia increased by 2.5 times in 2009 compared with 2008. According to reports, the volume of external debt, which according to early of this year is 38% of gross domestic production (GDP), is concerned with many politicians and experts who believe that because of debts, Armenian management has become a puppet in the hands of international forces. For example, ex-Prime Minister Hrant Bagratian called the external debt of the country dangerous, because it has commercial character. According to him, “the situation is catastrophic, if it continues, then after a year Armenia itself will request the decision of the Karabakh problem, which is now supposedly rejects”.
Many experts are convinced that the covering of an external debt can be caused only thanks to increase in manufacture and export volumes, that is, to pay debts, it is necessary to make something that in Armenia is not present. “It is awful, Armenia, from the point of view of the foreign trade balance, in regress. For last 10 years Armenia became idle, but the consuming country”, – the former chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Bagrat Asatryan has told. A leading expert of Armenian Center for National and Strategic Researches Ovsep Khurshudyan believes that the only way out of this situation is to increase exports.
