HONORABLE CHAIRMAN
Mr. Abdullayev was born in 1935. In 1959 Mr. Abdullayev graduated from the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute and his specialization is a teacher of the Azeri language, literature & history. He completed the dissertation on “Formation of Orthoepic of Students”. Mr. Abdullayev is a teacher of linguistics, working in the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University at the Faculty of “Azeri language & Methods of Teaching of the Azeri Language”. Mr. Abdullayev is an author of about 100 articles and 20 monographs, textbooks & teaching aids. Mr. Abdullayev was awarded an honorary title “For Outstanding Achievements in Education”.
