Chairman-in-Office to the OSCE, Foreign minister of Finland, Alexander Stab made a speech at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly session held in Astana.
He touched upon the participation of the organization in the conflict solution issues and emphasized that the OSCE should be actively involved not in supervising conflicts, but in the process of their solution, APA reports.
