Under the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the contact line near Seysulan village of Terter region will be monitored on November 5, the Defense Ministry said in its statement, APA reports. The monitoring will be conducted by field assistants of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Jiri Aberle and Simon Tiller on the Azerbaijani side and field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Evgeny Sharov and Hristo Hristov on the opposite side.
