Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan received Wednesday here a group of Azerbaijani parliamentarians.
Following the meeting, Azerbaijani MP Samad Seyidov told journalists they discussed a number of issues including development of bilateral relationship, economic cooperation and issues on the region`s security.
According to him, the Prime Minister reiterated his opinion he voiced in the Azerbaijan`s Parliament during his last visit to Baku.
Seyidov noted the Azerbaijani delegation was not against development of relations between countries in the region, but the process of establishing and settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict must run in parallel.
He pointed out relationship between Azerbaijan and Turkey was established on the basis of the principle of “one nation, two states”, and it will further remain the same.
“No force can undermine our bilateral relations”, stressed Samad Seyidov.
